When you have coordinating stripe and pattern paper to use for your homemade greeting card ideas, it makes it easier to create this type of design when you make your own Easter cards.

I layered solid, stripe and polka dotted paper and used a circle cutter and scallop circle punch to create the middle section.

I stamped a chick inside the scallop circle and colored it using the same colors on the different types of paper.

The card is embellished with two different colors of grosgrain ribbon and the little flower was created using a craft punch but you can use a sticker or fabric flower.
