Handmade thank you card ideas can be pretty and easy to make. Hand made card ideas can start out with the sentiment, borders and decorative elements printed together.

For this thank you card, I designed the sentiment by creating a thin border, typing a "Thank You!" in a script font and adding decorative elements along the corners of the border.

I also punched out the corners of the sentiment and blue border using a half inch corner craft punch.

Your handmade thank you cards can feature an interesting sticker. I used the sticker to help me coordinate the colors for the rest of this card.

Of course, it's hard not to add ribbon and gems to your homemade greeting cards, which finish off this card.

Homemade thank you cards don't have to be difficult when you can create the sentiment in one or two steps.
